Piyaji / Onion Fritters...

Ran out of ideas to make something new, tasty, easy and in a jiffy, here comes "Piyaji" to your rescue.

Piyaji...
Ingredients-
2 large Onions, chopped
5 pieces Green Chillies, chopped
2 tablespoon Gram Flour
2 tablespoon All Purposes Flour / Maida
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
Salt to taste
1 tablespoon Garlic, chopped
1/2 cup Water
Oil for deep frying
Method-
In a large mixing bowl add all the ingredients to make the mixture little solid, so that we can give a shape of piyaji. Now heat oil for deep frying in a large pan. Make sure the oil is enough hot before putting the piyaji for frying. Next, take small part of the dough in hand and then press them to spread a little and then put into the hot oil one by one. With a spatula change the side of the each piyaji carefully and fry them till the colour changes to brown. Make sure they are not over fried. Now soak the oil in a tissue paper and serve hot.
