Oats-Banana Pancakes

Ran out of ideas to make something new, tasty, easy and in a jiffy, here comes "Oats-Banana Pancakes" to your rescue.


Oats-Banana Pancakes...
Ingredients-
1+1/2 cup Rolled Oats
2 large Bananas
2 Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 cup Milk
1/2 tsp Cinnamon powder
1 tsp Brown Sugar/regular Sugar
1 tsp Baking Powder
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil/melted Butter
Maple Syrup/Honey(optional)
Chocolate Syrup (optional)
Method-
In a food processor or a bowl, add the oats. Add mashed bananas. Then, add the eggs. Pour the vanilla extract.
Then, add the milk, cinnamon powder, sugar and the baking powder. Give it a mix. Allow resting for 15 minutes. Heat a non-stick pan and brush lightly with vegetable oil or butter. Using an ice-cream scooper or a proper ladle pour the batter onto the pan. Allow cooking on low heat. After you see bubbles on one side, flip and allow to cook both the sides properly. Serve with chocolate syrup or maple syrup or honey and fresh bananas.
