Dalgona Coffee/Cappuccino…

Dalgona Coffee roots its origin to the Indian subcontinent.It has been recently nicknamed 'Dalgona' by the South Koreans.This beverage is enjoyed as whipped coffee or beaten coffee. Let's try our
hands on this popular recipe today.
 

Dalgona Coffee...
Ingredients- (for 2)
Instant Coffee - 2 tblsp
Sugar - 4 tblsp or more
Hot Water - 2 tblsp
Cold Milk - 1 cup
Ice Cubes as needed
Sweetener for milk if needed.
     

Method-
Take coffee, sugar, hot water in a cup. Mix well.
Use a hand blender to whip this till it gets light and fluffy. It will take around 5 to 10 mins. Or beat it continuously with a whisker untill it's fluffy.


Now take a serving glass. Fill with ice. Add in sweetened milk.
Top with the whipped coffee.
Mix well and enjoy.
Notes-
1)You can store this whipped coffee in fridge in a air tight container.
2)Add hot milk to make Cappuccino.
