With the rise in temperatures Watermelons can be your ultimate saviour devoured in any form. So today I present before you the ultimate thirst quencher "Watermelon Smoothie". Nothing can beat the benefits of this refreshment in this scorching summer. Let's try our hands on this unique recipe today.
Watermelon Smoothie...
Ingredients-
3 cups seedless Watermelon (frozen, cut into 1/2-inch chunks)
1 cup Milk (boiled and cooled)
1/2 cup Yoghurt
1 tbsp Sugar (optional if the watermelon is sweet)
1tsp Black Pepper Powder
1tsp Pink Salt
1tsp Black Pepper Powder
1tsp Pink Salt
Garnish- a wedge of Watermelon, Nuts of your choice, roughly chopped and Raisins
Method-
Cut watermelon into small chunks. Make sure watermelon chunks are fairly small - about 1/2-inch to make chunks easier to blend into the smoothie.
Blend all the above-mentioned ingredients together. Serve the watermelon smoothie immediately, using a chilled glass. Garnish with a wedge of watermelon, coarsely crushed nuts and some raisins.
