Kach Kalar Khosa Bata / Raw Banana Peel Bharta...
Ingredients-
2 Raw Banana, boiled
2 Green Chilli
1 tsp Kalojeera (Kalaonji / Nigella seeds / Onion seeds)
Salt and Sugar to taste
1 tbsp Mustard Oil
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
1/2 tsp Red Chilli powder
1/2 tsp Black Pepper powder
Method-
Boil the raw bananas with skin for 10 minutes. When the bananas become tender. Switch off the flame and keep in cool water. Peel the skin of the bananas. Grind with green chillies and salt to make a fine paste. Heat mustard oil in a pan preferably non-stick. Add onion seeds. Add the banana skin paste. Add turmeric, red chilli powder, black pepper powder and the sugar and cook till the mixture is completely dried. Once it is done transfer to a bowl. Serve with steaming hot rice.
