Ingredients-
1) Butter - 3-4 tbsp
2) Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tbsp
3) Kancha Lanka kuchi swad moto (ami duto diachi).
4) Peyaj kuchi - 2 medium-sized
5) Salt - 1 tbsp
6) Sugar - 1tbsp
7) Gobindobhog Chal - 1cup o jal sei cup moto 3 cups.
8) Chicken pieces - 5-6 pieces (boneless/with bones)

 

Method- 
At first kadai te butter dite hobe then ginger garlic paste ta dia nere chere kancha lanka kuchi r peyaj kuchi dia valo kore bheje chicken pieces gulo dite hobe. Abar salt and sugar dite hobe, chicken pieces gulo bhaja bhaja hole, chal ta dia sob bhalo kore mix korte hobe.


Then jal ta dia dheke rakhte hobe for about 10 mins.


Taholei ready hoe jabe Chicken Murighonto. Majhe majhe lid ta khule aktu nere dite hobe nato niche lege jete pare. Chicken r chal puro seddo na hole r aktu jal andaj kore dite hobe. Bhat ta chicken ar sathe lege thakbe. Akdom jhor jhore hobena like polau. Ata asadharon khete hoi just alpo kota ingredients dia.
