Raw Banana Chips...

Ran out of ideas to make something new, tasty, easy and in a jiffy, here comes "Raw Banana Chips" to your rescue.



Raw Banana Chips...
Ingredients-
1) Raw Banana - 4
2) Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
3) Water - 2 cup
4) Salt - 1 tsp
5) Coconut Oil for deep frying (as required)
Method- 
Step 1: Take a raw banana and cut the ends. Peel off the skin of the raw banana. Slice the bananas into thin even slices and immerse in a bowl with turmeric water. Leave in the water for 10 minutes.

Step 2: In a medium-sized kadai, heat oil for deep frying. When it starts smoking, drop in a few slices. Fry until golden brown. Repeat until all slices have been fried and transfer on a paper napkin to remove excess oil.

Step 3: Let them cool and sprinkle with salt, black pepper and chilli powder. Store in an airtight container for later use.
