Ingredients-
Chicken - ½ kg
Cashews - 10
Yogurt / Curd - 3 tblsp
Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
Garam Masala Powder - 1 tsp
Chat Masala Powder - 1 tsp Red Chili Powder - 1 tsp Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste - 2 tsp
Salt to taste
Lemon Juice - 1 tblsp
Fresh Cream - 4 tblsp
Kasuri Methi Leaves (Dried Fenugreek Leaves) - 1 tblsp
Oil - 2 tblsp
Method-
Take cashews and yogurt in a blender and puree till smooth.
Take all ingredients except oil in a bowl and mix well. Let it marinate for 2 hours.
Heat oil in a pan. Add in chicken pieces and fry till golden brown.
Now add in remaining marinate into the pan, add some water.
Cover and cook on low heat for 15 to 20 mins.
Serve with rice, roti, naan and parathas. Thank you. Enjoy.
